Lehigh Technologies, a specialty chemicals company that produces micronized rubber powders, has promoted two industry veterans to its leadership team. Ryan Alleman has been named VP for coatings, construction and asphalt, and Jason Stravinski (pictured) has been named VP of operations. The executives are tasked with ensuring operational success and opening new markets as Lehigh continues its rapid market growth.
Stravinski is responsible for leading all the manufacturing and supply-chain functions for Lehigh. He has also spearheaded the engineering and design work for expanding Lehigh’s manufacturing footprint outside the USA. Stravinski is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in chemical engineering, and he earned an MBA from the University of New Mexico.
Said Dr Alan Barton, Lehigh Technologies, CEO, “Lehigh is fortunate to add such experienced and talented executives to our leadership team. To successfully bring low-cost, sustainable raw materials to highly technical markets, it is critical to have a team with deep experience in the markets we serve and the technical knowledge and credibility to back it up. Ryan and Jason have already established a track record for delivering compelling results for dozens of customers, and they will play a key role in helping Lehigh continue to meet rapidly increasing demand for sustainable materials in the specialty chemicals market.”
