Onyx Group has completed purchase of the following companies operating in the Marangoni solid tire business: Marangoni Industrie Manutention, based in France; Wenzel Industrie in Germany; Marangoni Industrial Tyres in Italy; and Marangoni Industrial Tire Lanka based in Sri Lanka.
The two companies have signed the off-take agreement whereby Marangoni will continue to manufacture in its plant in Rovereto, Italy, its current range of solid tires, which are to be sold to Onyx.
The Marangoni brand has been licensed to Onyx Group, limited to the manufacturing and distribution of solid tires products, including the Jumbo, Forza, Eltor and Quickmont names.
