Shingo Sakashita has been named as a newly appointed member of the board at Falken Tyre Europe. Sakashita joins the management team and also assumes the position of finance director alongside Isamu Ishida, Koji Fukuhara and Hidekazu Nishiguchi.
Before joining Falken Tyre Europe, Sakashita was manager of the international business development and administration department at parent company Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd. Previously, he gained extensive experience as accounting and administration manager in Japan, the USA and various locations in Europe.
“I am looking forward to my new role at Falken Tyre Europe. Together with my team, I would like to continue our expansion in Europe and build upon our growing aftermarket and OE business,” said Sakashita.
