Charles Kim a former marketing director has been newly appointed as president at Kumho Tire Europe. Renowned for his tough-talking but highly respected manor, Kim has been a Kumho employee for around 24 years.
Following five years with the company in Korea, he was appointed sales and marketing manager of Kumho Australia. He was then posted to several positions in the USA. In early 2013 he moved to Vietnam where he was responsible for planning, finance, human resources and sales at Kumho’s tire plant.
Kim’s notable European track record and all-round global experience will boost still further the significant progress Kumho is making in the region. Under his leadership the organization can look forward to an accelerated development of its sales and marketing operations in the key European markets as well as of important business areas such as original equipment.
