Three new sizes are now available in GT Radial’s first winter tire, the GSW226. The high traction steer and trailer axle tire is now available in 315 70 R22.5 and 385 55 R22.5.
Sales and marketing director at GT, Tony McHugh, said, “This is an important development in the portfolio as it opens up a number of new markets, primarily in countries where 3PMSF (3 peak mountain snowflake) symbols are required by law but also for those that simply want a solid, accredited winter option.
“We have worked hard to create a strong product portfolio and services to meet all transport requirements. This is another welcome extension to our winter tire range when we are witnessing substantial growth and interest both in the UK and Europe.”
