Cooper Tire is teaming up with Expedition Portal, an online community of adventure travelers known as overlanders, for the Cooper Discoverer Writing Contest, which runs through to July 29.
While overlanders generally explore the world on motorcycles or four-wheel-drive vehicles, anyone with a zest for the outdoors can enter the contest by submitting personal stories of adventure —tales of the trail — for a chance to win a set of Cooper Discoverer STT Pro tires.
To enter, simply write a tale of the trail — a minimum of 600 words — and submit at least four accompanying photos on the Expedition Portal forum. Entries must use the words ‘Cooper Discoverer’ in the title and in the story. Forum members will vote for their favorite stories. Each month of the contest, an entrant will win a set of five Cooper Discoverer STT Pro tires. At the end of the contest, one grand prize winner will win a set of five Cooper Discoverer STT Pro tires.
