The new BFGoodrich Urban Terrain T/A tire, which is now available in Europe, offers high levels of toughness to SUV and urban crossover drivers, combined with high performance braking grip and long tread life. It will be manufactured at three European plants – in Cholet and Roanne, France, and Olsztyn, Poland.
The tire’s design features wide longitudinal tread grooves, which evacuate water effectively, and heavily siped cross-grooving, which provides high levels of traction on snow, mud and cold roads. A considerable tread rubber depth prolongs its service life while the asymmetrical tread pattern helps ensure slow and regular wear. It also has 20% stronger cord casings for better durability.
