Bogimac is developing, manufacturing & servicing world-leading high-performance fatigue testing equipment for flexible materials. The company focus goes to industry-standard testing equipment for the material laboratories of the leading manufacturers of tire, tire and rubber reinforcement, wire, rope and transmission & conveyor belts. The multiple samples are tested in a climatic chamber at high speed and sample load. The required test conditions are adaptively controlled and the behavior of the samples is monitored continuously, enabling also early warning detection of initial sample degradation.
Preliminary evaluation of the final application with the customer defines the relevant testing method and equipment class : LHC for cyclic tension or tension-compression, BRS for bend-rotation or BSC bend-over-sheave. Special care needs also to be provided on precise
sample preparation for high test relevance, and the specific sample clamping. Training on the equipment also includes the transfert of the related testing methodology.
