Zeppelin Systems provides tailored solutions for the mixing room and related processes – whether it’s upgrading an existing system or constructing a new plant.
Explaining why the company is at Tire Technology Expo, Guido Veit, VP of sales for plastic and rubber, said, “Tire Technology Expo is the premier event for the tire manufacturing industry. Zeppelin Systems, a turnkey provider and plant engineering expert for the tire industry, must be part of this show that provides innovations and scientific breakthroughs that will define the future of tire manufacturing and design.”
At the show, Zeppelin is showcasing mixing room solutions, encompassing everything from silo storage to pneumatic conveying, along with precision dosing and weighing for a vast array of materials. These solutions are integrated with the company’s smart automation technologies.
Through collaboration with international partners across the value chain, the company has also set up the Zeppelin Sustainable Tire Alliance to promote and enhance tire recycling processes on an industrial scale. The alliance addresses the growing importance of recyclates in the circular economy.
“Together with our partners in the Zeppelin Sustainable Tire Alliance, we will impress visitors at Tire Technology Expo 2024 with concentrated plant engineering expertise for the rubber and tire industry, innovative know-how and a strong network focusing on sustainable solutions for the circular economy,” explained Dr Markus Vöge, CEO of Zeppelin.
Veit continued, “The Zeppelin Sustainable Tire Alliance offers comprehensive solutions for the sustainable production of tires, tire recycling, rubber mixing and material handling to conserve Earth’s precious resources. By integrating unique and innovative expertise from international partners throughout the production and recycling process of tires, the alliance fosters a synergistic approach to sustainable tire production.
“From sustainable mechanical recycling to raw material recycling, as well as the cleaning and refining of recyclates, to the recovery of high-quality secondary raw materials, the aim is to make the production of tires more sustainable and the amount of high-quality recyclates accessible.”
