Marangoni Spa and Borrachas Vipal, a manufacturer and a supplier of products for retreading and repairing tires and inner tubes, have entered a partnership aimed at increasing the synergies between the two, improving their productivity, and strengthening the industrial and commercial organizations of both businesses.
Marangoni Spa and Borrachas Vipal have started mapping out a global plan and will begin implementing changes in 2019. In the first phase they will focus on the Americas market.
Vittorio Marangoni, chairman of the Marangoni Group, said, “We are pleased to finally announce this agreement, which is the first in a new strategic line of development we recently decided to undertake.”
