An agreement has been signed between Goodyear and Krone Trailer to allow fleet customers with Krone trailers to integrate with Goodyear TPMS Connect, enhancing tire management and fleet efficiency.
The partnership will make Goodyear TPMS Connect compatible with the existing telematics systems in Krone trailers. So fleet operators will benefit from Goodyear’s advanced tire pressure monitoring system and predictive analytics, improving operational efficiency and enhancing safety.
Goodyear’s TPMS Connect is a plug-and-play solution that uses the existing TPMS hardware in Krone trailers. With this integration, Goodyear’s European fleet customers will be able to access all the benefits of Goodyear TPMS without the need for new hardware installations.
“Krone is proud to collaborate with Goodyear in delivering the next level of intelligent fleet management to our customers. Through this partnership, our trailers will now offer advanced tire monitoring capabilities, seamlessly integrated with Goodyear TPMS Connect. This will provide fleets and the drivers with real-time tire performance insights, helping to improve operational safety and efficiency,” said Ralf Faust, head of service at Krone Trailer.
“We are excited to expand our reach with Krone Trailer as our data partner for Goodyear TPMS Connect,” added Piotr Czyżyk, managing director of fleet mobility EMEA at Goodyear. “This partnership allows us to deliver the benefits of our TPMS Connect solution to Krone trailer owners across Europe, providing a seamless experience that supports fleet performance while reducing operational costs.”
