The latest Impreza models in North America are now being supplied with Yokohama AVID S34 tires as original equipment. The AVID series is a range of all-season tires designed for application to passenger vehicles sold within North America.
The tires will be supplied in a size P225/40R18 88V and feature M+S on the sidewall to denote their suitability for use on mud- and snow-covered surfaces. The AVID S34 benefits from a wide tread to deliver a larger contact area for stability on a variety of roads.
Additionally, the tread pattern has been designed with a multitude of grooves to provide a high level of grip on snow-covered surfaces and increased safety and performance. Yokohama developed the tire with an enhanced structure to reduce vehicle wobble when changing lanes.
