Yokohama has been contracted to supply its BluEarth-A AE-50 tires to Skoda for the Kodiaq. They will be supplied in two sizes – 235/55 R18 100V and 215/65 R17 99V – for all Kodiaqs sold in Russia.
The Kodiaq is the second Skoda model to come equipped with BluEarth-A AE-50 tires; the Skoda Octavia is supplied with BluEarth-A AE-50 tires in sizes 205/55 R16 91V and 195/65 R15 91H.
The BluEarth-A AE-50 is said to be extremely fuel efficient with good wet grip and other functionalities that provide comfort on a wide range of road conditions.
They are manufactured for all four vehicles at Yokohama Rubber’s Russian tire manufacturing and sales subsidiary, LLC Yokohama RPZ.
