Yokohama Rubber has announced it will supply its BluEarth AE-01 tires as original equipment to Honda Motor for use on its new mini-vehicle, N-Box, which was launched in Japan this month.
The N-Box, with a top speed of 134km/h, is being equipped with155/65R14 75S size tires.
The AE-01 is a fuel-efficient standard tire based on BluEarth’s concept of being “environmentally, human, and socially friendly”.
The supplier states that the tire offers excellent fuel-efficiency and a high level of balance between basic performance properties such as quietness, comfort, and lifespan.
