Husqvarna has selected Dunlop’s Geomax MX33 tires for its latest range of motocross bikes.
In 2023, Husqvarna’s motocross range will feature a wide array of upgrades, including the Geomax MX33, which has been chosen due to its high level of performance on soft terrain and its control and shock absorption characteristics.
Benefitting from casing stiffness and compound yield performance, the Geomax MX33 is highly versatile. The tire features Dunlop’s patented Progressive Cornering Block Technology, which increases block flexibility to achieve greater slide control. The MX33 also has the tire maker’s Advanced Apex Design, which enables the sidewall to maintain consistent rigidity, thus giving riders confidence when riding on the tire’s edge.
“We are delighted that Husqvarna has chosen the MX33 range for its bikes,” said Miguel Morais, original equipment manager at Dunlop Motorcycle EMEA. “Tires play a huge role in extracting the most from a motocross bike. Dunlop shares Husqvarna’s competitive DNA, making the products a great match. Our goal is focused on helping manufacturers to see a machine that is ready to win races at all levels of competition.”
The Dunlop Geomax MX33 will be fitted as the original equipment on the TC and FC ranges with 125, 250, 350 and 450cc engines.
