The RDT-Master tire range, designed to meet the demands of construction and mining operations, includes three sizes: 18.00 R33, 21.00 R33, and 24.00 R35. These sizes have been approved for Caterpillar models CAT 770, 772, 773, 77, and 775 WTR.
Continental’s RDT-Master tires come equipped with integrated sensors, facilitating professional tire monitoring. The latest Bluetooth-enabled sensor Generation II, installed at the factory, enables customers to monitor tire data such as air pressure and temperature via their smartphones, and to therefore improve operational safety and extend tire service life.
“We are excited that Caterpillar is expanding its tire range with the RDT-Master from us. This exemplifies our growth ambitions in the earthmoving segment. We steadfastly commit to push forward as a strong partner for our customers empowering them with unparalleled support and tailor-made solutions,” said Carly Shipley, key account manager for earthmoving original equipment at Continental Specialty Tires.
