Toyo Tire USA has develop a new high-performance all-season tire, the Toyo Extensa HP II. The result of an extensive re-design from the predecessor, the tire is said to provide handling all year round, a comfortable ride, and a 45,000-mile warranty – all at an affordable price.
The improved levels of traction have been achieved thanks to a special silica compound combined with a new, unidirectional tread design.
Specific features that enhance braking performance include single-cut and double-cut tapers in the tread blocks. Full depth multi-wave sipes minimize irregular wear for a smooth, quiet ride and improve light snow traction.
