Two new sizes of the Cinturato CA67 and CN36 have been added to the Pirelli Collezione, a portfolio of tires designed by Pirelli for application to legendary cars produced between 1930 and 2000. The tires are designed to maintain the appearance of the original tire, while providing classic vehicles with the advantages of modern technology.
The latest sizes have been added to the range for the Sport Spider and Sport Coupé versions of Fiat’s 850 and 124 vehicle models. The Cinturato CA67 has been added in a 155 R13 size, and the Cinturato CN36 in a 165 R13 size.
The Pirelli Collezione tires also benefit from newly developed compounds, delivering reliability and safety for drivers through a higher level of wet grip than the originally released tires.
The technical characteristics of the tire are maintained due to contributions from the Pirelli Foundation, which holds original drawings and designs of the tires when they were first fitted to the iconic vehicles. The Foundation is estimated to contain 4km of materials dating back to 1872.
From 2023, the Pirelli Cinturato will also be available in a 195/70 R14 size.
