Yokohama has been chosen to supply its Geolandar G055 as original equipment for the new Jeep Compass, which went on sale in North America in June. The model will be factory-equipped with tires in size 225/55 R18 98H. In addition, the Jeep Compass is sold in China with Yokohama Geolandar SUV tires.
The Geolandar G055 is based on the company’s BluEarth technology, which in addition to delivering the utility performance required for driving on various road surfaces, is said to help reduce vehicle fuel efficiency and increase comfort and safety.
