Indian manufacturer Apollo Tyres has launched the EnduRace RAT tire, an all-wheel fitment radial for commercial vehicles such as trucks and buses.
With new axle load requirements and continued demand from the commercial sector for all-wheel fitment tires, Apollo developed the EnduRace RAT to cater for customers that expect even wear and overall initial tread mileage (ITM).
Manufactured at the Apollo production facility in Chennai, India, the new tire has undergone rigorous testing to ensure it meets the requirements of end users.
“With the changing industry dynamics and customer expectations from all wheel segment, we have further improved our offering with EnduRace RAT,” commented Satish Sharma, president, Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa, Apollo Tyres. “We are confident of extending our lead in the TBR segment in India with this new benchmark in performance tires.”
