On August 26, Linglong Tire and Geely Automobile signed a strategic cooperative agreement in Ningbo, Zhejiang. Guan Yu, vice president of Geely Automobile Group, and Wang Feng, chairman of Linglong Tire, attended a signing ceremony together with executives from both businesses.
The relationship between the two companies dates back to 2012, since when, Linglong has been providing original equipment tires for several Geely models. As a clear signification of the strength of the partnership, Geely awarded Linglong its Quality Improvement Award and Best Cooperation Award.
The two will continue to work together on product design and development, new technology application, quality assurance, cost optimization, and manufacturing globalization.
