Vittoria has announced the opening of VittoriaLabs in Italy, an advanced research and development center designed to contribute to the future of cycling performance. This follows the launch of the operational center in Thailand, as well as Vittoria Park.
The Thailand facility is equipped with machines for the research and development of tire systems and accessories. Italy’s new VittoriaLabs spans 430m² and houses eight high-performance machines. Vittoria Park is a test facility with 5 kilometers of track.
The labs are located in two regions known for their academic excellence and industrial expertise. The location additionally allows for a direct connection between Vittoria’s headquarters and its factories, ensuring smooth and rapid communication and production.
Through rigorous testing, the labs can accurately measure and analyze performance improvements across a range of metrics, enabling the company to develop products optimized for real-world conditions. “VittoriaLabs will be the engine driving our ambitions for market leadership in innovation in a future we are already shaping,” says Stijn Vriends, chairman and CEO of Vittoria.
