Smithers Rapra’s VP of technical consulting, Bruce Lambillotte, will speak at the 2019 Clemson University Global Tire Industry Conference at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, in the USA, on April 10-12.
His presentation, The Impact of Global Electric Vehicle Market Growth on Tire Development, on the first day of the conference, is part of a session on innovation, new technology and design, and will address how the growing electric vehicle market is expected to impact tire performance requirements in future.
The Clemson University Global Tire Industry Conference is a platform for industry experts to discuss developments in the field of tire design, research and manufacturing in all allied industries, whether directly or indirectly involved in tire construction. Presentations will cover the latest in manufacturing technologies, product standards, regulatory issues, automotive trends and financial forecasting.
