Recently HF has had an issue with companies copying its technologies, processes and devices, with many of the copies even being registered for patent approval.
HF is determined to fight these infringements and says, especially in the case of infringement of intellectual property rights of existing patents, it will take legal action to achieve injunctive relief and compensation without any exception.
HF always applies for a patent or registered design for all new developments in the relevant industrial countries, where tires are manufactured or machines and facilities for tire manufacturing are produced. For new developments, for example in the field of tire building drums, HF has already obtained the respective patents.
