Marangoni Meccanica has made a series of new appointments in R&D, manufacturing, and sales and marketing.
Giampaolo Brioschi (left), who has been part of the Marangoni Group since 1998, has been selected as the new R&D director. In the past few years, he has dealt with product management, from 2010 to 2015 at Marangoni Tread North America and, since 2015, in Italy.
Giuseppe Magistrale, in addition to his position as R&D manager for precured products, is now global project manager of six sigma and will be involved in the implementation of the six sigma approach in all Marangoni processes, starting in product development.
Alessandro Villa (right), meanwhile, has been appointed as manufacturing systems manager. His duties will include supervising industrial investments, approving manufacturing investment projects, optimizing production allocations for the retreading systems business unit, and ensuring coordination of the industrial team with the aim to achieve continuous improvement and functional coordination of maintenance activities in the group’s plants.
