Alliance Tire Group has appointed Toru Nakamura as CTO to head up R&D, procurement, technical, production, and sourcing, following its acquisition by Yokohama Rubber Corporation.
Meanwhile Vidit Jain has been selected as chief technology and R&D officer reporting to Nakamura. He will be responsible for product development, plant technology and field technical support globally.
Elsewhere Dhaval Nanavati is to head the Central and South America business as president of Latin America. Angelo Noronha will take over as president, APAC and MEA, effective January 2017.
