Mesnac is making a number of strategical changes to improve its international presence, particularly in Germany, including appointing former German minister of defense Rudolf Scharping as non-independent director.
Scharping was formerly president of Social Democratic Party of Germany and Party of European Socialists, and now operates Rudolf Scharping Strategie Beratung Kommunikation (RSBK).
Mesnac has also replaced chairman and company founder Yuan Zhongxue with CFO He Ning (below). Under the leadership of the new chairman and with the expertise of Scharping, Mesnac will work to expand into smart manufacturing, new materials and sustainability.
