Cooper Tire & Rubber Company has completed its senior executive leadership transition. Bradley E Hughes has assumed the role of president and CEO and is now a director of the company. His appointment follows the retirement of Roy V Armes as chairman, CEO and president. Former lead independent director Thomas P Capo has been appointed non-executive chairman of the Cooper board.

The past six months have been an extremely smooth period of transition as Brad and Roy have worked closely together to ensure that Cooper continues to move forward without interruption on its important growth plans.”
